Hey You !
You are a couch potatoe, you don’t move enough, you are constantly tired and 1 hour of sport is too much anyway ?
You would like to change something, but you can’t do it on your own and need motivation and discipline behind it ?
Then you now have the opportunity to participate in my Pilates morning event.
When do the classes take place ?
3times a week ( Monday – Wednesday – Friday ) from 8:15am until 8:35am.
In this special Pilates class for beginners you now have the opportunity to get into a healthy routine for 20 minutes in the morning.
Boost your metabolism, build up your muscles slowly, strengthen your back, become more resilient in your everyday life and start your day with more energy!
